In my professional career, I have designed, developed and deployed an array of AI / ML / NLP products including semantic search, customer insight, and social listening applications. I have experience in a range of industries including hardware, finance, construction, social media, and education.
But before my industry experience, I was in an academic setting in University of Toronto where I was studying Computational Linguistics and Natural language Processing. During that time, my supervisor, who is also on the advisory board of ChurnShift, said to me that in our business - publication is our “bread and butter".... I did not get to publish a lot but the phrase "bread and butter" stuck with me.
As I went through life and worked in different industries, I realized that that at the end of the day, the most important thing in any business is their “bread and butter”. The first meaning of Churn is to agitate or turn milk or cream in a machine in order to produce butter, is literally and metaphorically about people's "bread and butter”.
High churn rates indicate customer dissatisfaction and can significantly impact business revenue.
At ChurnShift we answer three essential questions:
1 - Who will churn? - i.e. we solve the Churn Prediction problem
2 - When will they Churn? - i.e. we produce the Churn Timeline for your customers
3 - And how to keep customers and turn the Churn into a retention - - i.e. we generate custom retention plan tailored to your data and business
We have filed a provisional patent for an Agentic AI solution that address all these problems in an end-to-end manner with humans-in-the-loop and right now finishing our MVP by the end of July while doing customer discovery.
